Digital products
All SheetsyCo templates are digital files delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Purchases are made through Etsy or Gumroad, and each marketplace's own terms of sale apply to the transaction.
Licence
When you buy a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes, on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not resell, share, redistribute or re-publish the template or any part of it, with or without modification, and you may not claim it as your own work.
Refunds
Because the files are available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty or does not open as described, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you through the marketplace.
Compatibility
Templates are built for Microsoft Excel 2016 or later and, where stated, Google Sheets. Other spreadsheet programs may not display them correctly.
