Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026
SheetsyCo ("we", "us") designs and sells digital spreadsheet templates. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the shop.
Who is responsible
SheetsyCo, operated from Spain. Contact: sheetsycostudio@gmail.com.
This website
sheetsyco.com is a static informational site. It does not have user accounts, forms or comment sections, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security purposes, which are deleted automatically after a short period. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the fonts are requested; see Google's privacy policy.
Purchases
We do not process payments on this site. Templates are sold through third-party marketplaces, each with its own privacy policy:
When you buy a template, the marketplace shares with us the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, the email address linked to your account, the product purchased and the order date. We use this to deliver the files, answer support requests and comply with tax and accounting obligations. We never see your full payment details.
If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as needed to help you. We do not add buyers to a mailing list without their consent. Where a marketplace offers an opt-in newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in each email.
Social media and Pinterest
We publish content about our templates on social platforms, including Pinterest. We use the Pinterest API only to create and schedule pins on our own SheetsyCo account and to read our own account statistics. We do not collect, store or process personal data of Pinterest users through the API, and we do not use Pinterest data for advertising or profiling. Any interaction you have with our pins is governed by Pinterest's privacy policy.
Legal basis
We process order data to perform the contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations such as invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). We answer messages and keep basic server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by Spanish tax law (currently up to six years). Support correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed, unless we need to keep it to handle a dispute.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the marketplaces and service providers named above, which act under their own policies or as our processors, and with authorities when the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Write to sheetsycostudio@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
Children
Our products and website are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here with an updated date.
